Impact

Whether you are a new or seasoned opera-goer, a student or teacher, there are opportunities for you to learn more about this amazing art form. Through its student dress rehearsals, community residencies and adult learning events, Minnesota Opera’s education and outreach programs brought the joy of opera to more than 11,000 kids and 5,000 adults last season.

Creative Development produces several programs for people of all ages including

• Youth Opera Studio, a youth training program for talented young singers.
• Youth Opera Circle, an intensive, long-term after school music curriculum that utilizes the multimedia operatic art form as the foundation for learning.
• Opera Connections, an in-person series of classes that we teach at several senior communities throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
